Refund policy

Refunds / Exchange:

As all our products are custom-made per order, unfortunately we cannot accept any returns .

Should the product not meet your expectations we will do everything we can to rectify the issue.

Please read the description of the products clearly and ask any questions you may have prior to ordering. We can be reached via email or WhatsApp as listed on our contact page.

Order Cancellations:

If you change your mind and need to cancel your order for any reason, we will offer a 90% refund if the cancellation was requested within 24 hours of payment. 

Beyond 24 hours we will only be able to refund as following:

- Non-personalised products:

• 80% refund if the order was not yet processed and cancellation is requested within 7 days of placing the order.
• 50% refund for orders not yet processed and cancellation is requested within 14 days of placing order.
• After 14 days, the order cannot be cancelled.

- Personalised products:

• 75% refund if the order was not yet processed, and cancellation is requested within 3 days of placing the order.
• 50% refund if the order is cancelled within 7 days of placing the order and not yet processed.
• After 7 days, the order cannot be cancelled.
